A&M Consolidated's Raegan Johnson delivered a walk-off two-run single as the Lady Tigers rallied back-to-back defending state champ Montgomery Lake Creek 4-3 Friday night at Lady Tiger Field in District 21-5A action.
Lake Creek broke a 2-2 tie in the seventh on Bella Battaglia's two-out RBI double.
Consol (16-3, 5-1) answered with a two-out rally of its own as Peyton Valentine walked before Emma Ford doubled Valentine to third. Lake Creek lifted starting pitcher Chelsey Davis after Ford's double for Sara Wiggins.
Johnson hit Wiggins' fifth pitch to end the game.
Johnson pitched a complete game, allowing seven hits and three runs, two of them earned. She also struck out five on 82 pitches.
Davis gave up six hits, four runs, two of them earned and walked two. She also struck out 12 on 146 pitches.
