BASKETBALL

Rudder girls beat Taylor: Five Lady Rangers scored in double figures as the Rudder girls basketball team beat Taylor 97-22 on Tuesday in District 24-3A action.

Lamaria Cole led Rudder with 18 points while Fatima Adams had 16, Jazzlyn Roberson 14, Marche Amerson 12 and Taylor Tucker 10.

SOCCER

Bryan games moved to Saturday: The Bryan Vikings' boys soccer games, originally scheduled for Friday night, will be played Saturday.

The Vikings' varsity team will play Willis at 1 p.m. at Merrill Green Stadium. The JV teams will meet at 3 p.m.

A&M Consolidated shifts sites: A&M Consolidated's boys soccer team will take part in the Humble ISD Cool Blast 2010 after a scheduled tournament in Coppell was canceled.

The Tigers will meet Humble at 1 p.m. Thursday. Consol plays Kingwood at 11 a.m. Friday and Klein Collins at 3 p.m. Saturday.
